Order processing time
Orders are processed within 48 hours of placing them
They are processed on working days only. If your order is placed after 12pm Friday for next day delivery. It will be processed on Monday.
We endeavour to fulfill all orders in a timely manner however in certain instances, our suppliers may experience delays. We will notify you by email to confirm this.

Domestic Shipping
We will distribute dispatch confirmation and tracking after every order is dispatched.
International shipping
If at checkout stage your country is not listed, unfortunately we don’t currently ship there! However, we are constantly improving our services
Please note that you are liable for any duties and import taxes set by your country of residence. This will vary per order type and value.
Returns and cancellations
Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@vgainpure.co.uk and we will respond within 24 hours!
Please note, any opened products are not eligible for return as they cannot be resold and are considered “tampered with”
You can cancel your order any time before your despatch confirmation which is free of charge.
In certain circumstances you may need to cancel post despatch, this will be treated on a case by case basis and we will notify you of this. We should be able to refund minus shipping. Please email us with your order number at suppor@vgainpure.co.uk
To discuss returns, please email us as per above.
Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery. Costs to return at the customers expense and must arrange return themselves.
After you’ve received their return back with your order details, refunds are processed in 3-5 working days
